The FACT Master's programme prepares you specifically for responsible tasks in the field of finance. You will acquire comprehensive knowledge in the core areas of finance, accounting, controlling and taxation and learn how to actively shape the CFO function in companies. This includes managing complex financial processes, understanding capital market mechanisms and making strategic financing decisions. By combining theory and practical applications, you will develop strategic and analytical skills in the FACT degree programme in order to lead companies safely into the future.

You can expect to study these subjects and specialisations: Modern financial management and digitalisation, accounting and capital markets, sustainable and international controlling, making management decisions using controlling tools, applying company valuations, assessing and managing tax conditions for companies. Through case studies, company projects and exchanges with experts in the field, you will acquire the knowledge to make and advise on strategic decisions at the highest management level in the CFO area. More detailed information on the degree programme can be found on the website of the Faculty of Economics (German).

The FACT Master's degree opens up a wide range of career opportunities in companies, banks, consultancies, start-ups and financial institutions. Admission requirement is a relevant and qualified Bachelor's or Diplom degree (210 CP or 180 CP) in the field of business administration or related fields of study. The degree is considered qualified if an overall grade of 2.5 or better has been achieved.
