Our services are free-of-charge, confidential and result-oriented. We only provide support on personal and individual case-related terms – readily as pre-arranged appointments, as opposed to our normal consulting hours.

Do you have a specific question about your studies and are looking for a quick answer? Then simply book a short consultation with us. In a 15-minute personal consultation, we will help you find quick and specific answers.

Sometimes questions are more complicated and clarification takes more time. In a 50-minute consultation, we take the time to sort things out with you, reflect and support you in finding a solution.

We provide information on study contents, requirements and the application procedure. We help you sort through the information and come to a good decision.

We offer Study progress monitoring: After you have given your Einverständniserklärung (declaration of consent), we are given access to your exam results and invite you to a counselling interview if you have any problems.
