  • If all coursework, including the colloquium, has been completed, no re-registration is required, even if the final grade has not yet been entered.
  • If the colloquium is the only remaining coursework for the next semester, re-registration is required; however, the work may be completed whilst on leave of absence.
  • Once your final grade has been recorded, you will no longer be able to continue your enrolment in your current degree programme. To make an internal change to a Master’s or second degree programme, you must re-register and your semester fee will be transferred to the new degree programme.

Reimbursement

  • A reimbursement of the semester fee is only possible if no courses, including the colloquium, were completed during the relevant semester.
  • In most cases, you only need to submit a timely application for disenrollment to be eligible for a reimbursement. As part of the disenrollment process, your eligibility will be assessed and the reimbursement arranged where applicable.
  • Once the semester has begun, a reimbursement is only possible in exceptional circumstances and provided the application is submitted correctly. Please refer to the table below. The conditions, deadlines and required supporting documents described in the relevant application forms apply.
