The Hessian Higher Education Pact 2021-2025 (DE), agreed with the state government, has put us in a position to strengthen our mid-level faculty. We have been able to specifically develop, qualify and promote young academics and artistic staff in research and teaching below the professorships. We hope that the upcoming Higher Education Pact will also give us the opportunity to offer young academics attractive and future-proof perspectives in sciences.
