This is a classic detached house from the 1960s.
The entrance area is located on the ground floor and provides access to both the toilet and the bathroom.
The entrance area is also used to access the largest (shared) room, the former living room (can also be used as such again)
The kitchen and dining room adjoin the hallway, with the kitchen providing a passageway to the dining room. Up the stairs past the light-flooded glass blocks, you reach the other rooms along the corridor. These are all the same size at around 13 square metres.
There is also a toilet on the 1st floor. Two rooms have spacious built-in wardrobes and the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which means that the location can be described as very quiet. Nevertheless, the transport connections are very good. The tram stops Im Fiedlersee and Maulbeerallee are both a 7-minute walk away and provide a direct connection to Nordbahnhof and Luisenplatz. Thomas-Mann-Platz with a local shop, bakery, kiosk etc. is in the immediate vicinity.
The neighbours are very helpful and friendly and appreciate respectful and interactive interaction. In the past, living together was characterised by helpfulness and care. This is a fact that should be allowed to continue.
What the house loses in location, it makes up for in communal areas and design options. In the garden there are various fruit trees (plums/apricots/apples) and plenty of space to realise your own projects
. There is also a lot of space in the cellar (completely basement) which can be used. Among other things, there is a workbench and tools that can be used.
We would be delighted to welcome a lively flat share in this house. A flat share that is more interested in COMMUNITY than in living alone together.
Feel free to feel comfortable and create your own environment!
