A practice-oriented and academically sound legal education tailored to the extrajudicial handling of information law tasks - this is what the six-semester Bachelor's programme "Information Law" offers. The focus is on issues from the areas of IT and media law, intellectual property law and the law of electronic administration. One focus is on European and Anglo-American law. Small class sizes of approximately 60 students allow for optimal supervision. Graduates are expected to be qualified and specialised lawyers for the field of information law in the respective special subjects and yet distinguish themselves from the classical fully-fledged lawyers by their understanding of other disciplines from the information technology and economic environment. For more in-depth information on the degree programme, please visit the website of the Faculty of Social Sciences.
