Details of the room

A bright and friendly 20qm² room for 1 or 2 people in the attic of a charming older house is available for rent in Groß-Bieberau, a quiet town near Darmstadt.

We have recently started renting out student rooms and are very happy to already welcome two wonderful students – one has already moved in, and the second will move in on April 15.

We are currently preparing a room in the attic. It can be occupied either by one person or shared by two:

Single occupancy: €470 per month plus €50 utilities

Shared occupancy: €330 per person per month plus €50 utilities

If two people move in, we will provide two single beds.

In that case, we offer a small room right next door that can be used flexibly – either as a workspace or, if preferred, as a place for one of the beds.

Please note: The small room is quite compact and therefore not suitable as a standalone rental room, as there is no space for additional furniture such as a wardrobe or chest of drawers.

The room is fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, and desk, making it ideal for students, Erasmus students, interns, or young professionals working or studying in Darmstadt.
